Chile’s Maipo Valley — one of the most accomplished Cabernet Sauvignon-producing regions in not only Chile, but also the world — is home to the Concha y Toro vineyard, where TRIO harvests the grapes for its blends.
As opposed to single-grape varietal wine, blends are composed of various grapes with varying percentages of contribution, laying the groundwork for complex and unique colors, aromas, and flavours.

As the predominant grape, Cabernet Sauvignon (88%) brings body and depth to TRIO Cabernet Sauvignon, while Cabernet Franc (7%) and Syrah (5%) provide delicate fruit notes of cherry, Chilean wineberry, blackberry and spice.
